Well this week has been pretty average.
Monday we had a pday with some of zone, and we played some soccer again.
Tuesday we did a lot of knocking on doors in the heat. It was the worst. The heat and humidity is way bad. But we handed out a few Book of Mormons. So that was pretty neat.
Wednesday: We knocked a lot and nothing really happened so that night we went to Taco Bell and had some burritos and they were pretty good.
Thursday we knocked and handed out a few more Book of Mormons Then we went to a Mexican restaurant to get some food. Funny story way back in July Elder Jarvis saw these two people walking and he was like we gotta go talk to them, so we didn't just approach them from behind we ran like a mile to just happen to run into them. Well that was the Mexican restaurant owner and her husband. We talked to them, but now we are trying to go there so that she will want to take the lessons eventually.
Friday: We had district council and that was good. We also went to a place called Portillo's and to be honest it was over hyped I paid like $14 for a tiny little "Chicago" style sandwich and some puny little cheese fries. You legitimately have to dip the fries in cheese. We then went to have exchanges with the Canton missionaries. We got to Canton and that was fun we knocked then went and met up with another set of elders. They brought us to the Havana branch presidents house who lives in Canton #smallbranches, but it was a party and I got to drive I miss driving so much haha.
Saturday: We got back and we were supposed to have a bunch of lessons and they all fell through so that was kind of sad . We did some knocking and nothing really happened but we were invited to have smores with a member. I told the member about Australian licorice and got her hooked on it haha.
Sunday:
Sunday was by far the best day of the week it was pretty fly. So we hadn't found anyone all day so we went to dinner and had a good conversation with the family. With like an hour left to go find people we found these two guys from the Congo and a former person that wants us to stop by. That just goes to show God answer our prayers and even when we are stuck in the mud if we try to get out of it God Will help us get out if we are putting effort.
This week is transfers I think I am staying, but check my Facebook location tomorrow to see if I stay or if I go.
Love you all
